Please follow the instructions detailed below for the preparation of the abstracts before sending it through our website. Abstracts does not comply with these guidelines established by the Organizing Committee, may not be accepted for presentation at the congress.

• When submitting the abstract it is essential to indicate the topic in which you wish to be included.
• Applications for oral presentations and/or posters must be clearly specified. The Scientific Committee will reserve the right to choose oral presentations.
• The official languages of the congress are Spanish and English. All abstracts must be written in one of these two languages following the methodology: introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusions.
• The abstract cannot exceed 300 words and must not exceed one page in length.
• The abstract should be sent in .doc or .docx format identifying it with the last name an name of the author who will present the same in the event. Example: Pérez María.doc
• In the box where it says: "Abstract Document" you must attach the .doc document that contains the Abstract. Regardless of whether you have filled in the boxes above and believe that information is duplicated, this information is necessary for our organizing committee.
• Once the abstract has been sent and after being evaluated by the Scientific Committee, the authors will be informed by email about the acceptance / non-acceptance of the work no later than 15 days after receiving it.

About oral presentations.

In the facilities available for the sessions of the Congress we will have the help of computers for oral presentations. Speakers with this type of presentation should bring it in a flash memory to use through USB port. Participants bringing their presentation on Macintosh should use their own laptop, and make sure that the laptop has a VGA connection to send the images to the projector.
